Recruiting Consultants
Our recruiting consultants are true healthcare professionals, with the savvy and sophistication to deal with leading healthcare executives and highly trained medical specialists. Their task is to assess physician, nurse or allied health professional practice opportunities, work with healthcare executives to craft strategic search plans and identify and recruit physician, nurse and allied health professional candidates. This is an elite sales/consulting position where industry knowledge and a mature sales presence are key, both in person and on the telephone. We are not looking for people interested in "making a sale." We are looking for people interested in making a career.
Our recruiters have a profound impact on the lives of the physicians, nurses and allied health professionals with whom they work. If you enjoy changing peoples' lives for the better, you will find this position emotionally fulfilling. Successful recruiting consultants also enjoy superb, six-figure incomes. Marketing Consultants
Our marketing consultants lead the industry in staffing expertise and knowledge. They sell our services through consultation, by demonstrating that our system and our people are the most prepared and the most effective in the field. The position requires the presence and sophistication to market a professional service to highly placed hospital administrators and other healthcare executives. Considerable time is spent on the telephone.
Our marketers enjoy the prestige of helping hospitals, health networks and medical groups set strategic staffing policies. Scheduling Consultants
Temporary healthcare staffing requires the unique expertise, people and organizational skills of professional scheduling consultants. Our scheduling consultants work with physicians and allied healthcare professionals to help fill wide-ranging temporary staffing assignments. The position calls for superb interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with high-level health executives, physicians and other health professionals.
Our schedulers maintain a fast pace and must deal with the many challenges of multiple assignments. If you enjoy an active environment that calls for a high energy level and the ability to handle more than one task at a time, you will embrace the role of scheduler. No travel required.

Research Consultants
Research Consultants serve on the "front lines" of the staffing continuum, speaking to and identifying appropriate physician, nurse and allied health professional candidates. The position calls for intensive telephone work, as researchers interact with candidates, learning their needs and the needs of their families. Researchers also work closely with recruiting consultants to ensure the largest number of qualified candidates possible.
The research department serves as a training ground for those who would like to move into the role of recruiting consultant. Often, researchers have limited sales experience and are able to use their tenure in research to develop as professionals. Researchers enjoy a dynamic work environment and highly competitive incomes.

Logistics Coordinator
Logistics coordinators organize all details of a provider's temporary work assignment, from inception to conclusion. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence, coordinating travel and lodging for providers, processing work records and handling client and provider requests. The position calls for detail-oriented professionals with a sense of urgency and organization capable of doing various tasks at once. Superb customer service skills are a must!

Licensing Coordinators
Licensing coordinators are responsible for assisting physicians, nurses and allied health professionals in obtaining licenses required for assignments. Responsibilities include researching provider license eligibility in specific states, completing and tracking all necessary paperwork and maintaining a professional rapport with all parties involved in the credentialing process. Key attributes include an ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Senior Staff Accountant
The senior staff accountant is responsible for the full-cycle financial statement preparation. Other responsibilities include: preparing monthly journal entries, various account and bank reconciliations, calculating commissions for production personnel and maintaining general ledger. Experience with fixed assets, accruals and pre-paids are a plus!

This position involves processing full-cycle accounts payable, including coding, verifying and entering accounts payable and accounts receivable data into the ledgers and reviewing work records. The staff accountant is also responsible for handling expense reports for our internal personnel.
