What does your interviewing process involve?
We conduct extensive interviews with each potential hire. Initially, candidates meet with a member or members of the corporate recruiting team. Interviews also may be scheduled with department or team leaders up to the regional vice president level. We ask candidates to complete basic skills tests and written profiles. We make a comprehensive attempt to determine if candidates have both the skill sets and the professional traits needed to be successful at The MHA Group.
Can I earn commissions?
All consulting, recruiting, scheduling and other "production" positions offer generous commissions that build as new personnel grow into leadership positions.
Do positions require travel?
Some of the marketing and recruiting positions within several of our companies do require travel, typically two or three trips per month.
Do you pay for relocation?
Generally, we attempt to hire within the geographic areas where our offices are located, including Dallas/Fort Worth, Atlanta, Salt Lake City and Southern California. In general, we do not pay for the relocation of new hires.
